Escape at Allen Oakwood Correctional Institution, Ohio
September 11, 2014: Three prisoners escaped from the Allen Oakwood Correctional Institution using a 13 foot ladder that they had constructed out of old cabinets. The prisoners carried the ladder through an unoccupied section of the prison and used it to climb onto the roof
