Woodland Hills Youth Development Center, Nashville, Tennessee

Just two days after 32 juveniles escaped from the facility, more than two dozen juveniles broke out of their rooms and into the yard. They covered their faces, attempted to break into buildings and wielded sticks and fire extinguishers.

This uprising followed an escape on September 1st at the same facility as well as an escape earlier that year in May.
