Protest and Uprising at Florence Correctional Center, Arizona
August 22, 2014: A group of prisoners from Vermont and housed at the private, CCA-run facility, staged a coordinated protest, refusing to return to their cells. Prison guards responded to the protest by deploying a "chemical agent."
