Four prisoners broke the toilets out of their solitary confinement cells and used them to smash holes in the walls of five cells. The prisoners climbed through the holes and then confronted a guard with bricks from the walls. The guard retreated and the prisoners entered the dayroom and refused to leave.

The prisoners were eventually talked into returning to their cells.
