Three prisoners attack guards while they are attempting to handcuff another prisoner. Then “at least three prisoners” escaped from individual holding units in a recreation area. Corrections officers fire “warning shots” with live ammunition in order to regain control.
Two weeks later, prisoners overpower guards and stage an uprising.
