Fires Set at New Hampshire State Prison for Men

New Hampshire State Prison for Men, Concord, New Hampshire
February 3, 2017

Following a hunger strike at the Northern New Hampshire Correctional Facility in Berlin, protests spread to a second facility in New Hampshire as fires are set in protest of restrictive visitation policies in all three New Hampshire prisons. The new policy includes no kissing, no hugs lasting more than 3 seconds, no vending machines or board games, and physical separation for the duration of the visit.
