“If they kill me in the hole, I’ll go out satisfied”: Protest at Winn Correctional
August 2, 2020: Detainees in Elm Unit at the Winn Correctional Center in Winn Parish, Louisiana launched a protest against indefinite detention and to demand action and information related to their cases. During the protest, detainees shouted and banged on food dishes.
