September 9, 2016: Approximately 350 of the prison's 1500 prisoners refuse to work. Prison workers strike from the furniture factory, kitchen, landscaping, and janitorial duty.
April 11, 2016: Prisoners take control of a 180-person dorm during a 5 hour uprising, holding a guard hostage and assaulting him. While staff attempts to regain control of the unit, a total of three guards are stabbed.
