After a confirmed “outbreak” at the Ontario Correctional Institute, a prisoner spoke to the media and shared that “six inmates had been quarantined at the jail” and also that some number of prisoners were refusing to eat meals in the cafeteria, forcing their meals to be brought to their “ranges” instead.
