Jefferson County Jail, Pine Bluff, Arkansas

Approximately 80 prisoners wore masks over their faces and covered surveillance cameras while they destroyed their housing unit, causing thousands of dollars in damage. The uprising occurred in response to the jail tightening security and taking away some privileges.
